Sr. Frontend Developer

Responsibilities

Frontend Development & Design Implementation

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect React and Vue components with precise attention to spacing, typography, and design tokens
• Develop responsive, mobile-first interfaces that work seamlessly across devices and browsers
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and optimal user experiences
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and reusable component libraries

React, Vue & Next.js Development

• Build scalable applications using React.js with Hooks, Context API, and modern state management approaches
• Develop features using Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API, Vuex/Pinia)
• Implement Next.js features including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and routing strategies
• Integrate REST APIs and manage application data efficiently

Interactive Experiences & Animation

• Create engaging user experiences using GSAP, Framer Motion, Three.js, or similar technologies
• Implement scroll-based animations, parallax effects, smooth transitions, and micro-interactions
• Optimize animation performance to ensure smooth experiences across devices
• Develop interactive visual elements using SVG, Canvas, or WebGL when required

Code Quality & Performance

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable JavaScript/TypeScript code following best practices
• Ensure accessibility compliance following WCAG standards
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO
• Participate in code reviews and maintain version control using Git workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule

Requirements

Must Have

• 3–4+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong expertise in React.js (Hooks, Context API, state management)
• Solid experience with Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API, Vuex/Pinia)
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and routing
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, Flexbox, and CSS Grid
• Experience converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
• Expertise in responsive and mobile-first development
• Strong understanding of Git, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution
• Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs

Preferred

• Experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, Three.js, or React Three Fiber
• Knowledge of SVG, Canvas, and advanced animation techniques
• Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks
• Experience with Jest and React Testing Library
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques

Good to Have

• Portfolio showcasing interactive and animation-rich projects
• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Understanding of frontend architecture and scalability best practices
